How we work?

Contact us via email or phone. If you choose to go ahead we will create your account and schedule you in for your clean.

One day before any appointment you will receive a reminder message that the team will be with you. If there is any access issues regarding that clean, that is when you will let us know.

Our window cleaning service includes a full clean of the windows and the UPVC surrounding the windows.

We use de-ionised water that will leave your windows wet but dry streak-free.

Upon completion of your clean you will receive an automated invoice link that lists the options for you to pay.

These options include; BACS, GoCardless DD or Stripe. We also take card payments or cash on the day.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do i know when my clean is?

You will receive a text or email the day before your appointment. This is just to remind you that the team will be attending your property, please make sure the team have access to the back of your property.

Can i skip my appointment?

As we do regular window cleaning you will be charged 25% of your clean if you skip your clean. If you keep skipping every other clean you will be moved to our 8-weekly schedule automatically which will add £10 on to your future cleans.

What if i forget to leave the gate open for back access?

The teams are trained and regularly use ladders as part of their daily routine. If you forget, they'll simply climb over to complete the work on your property.

How do i pay?

You will receive an automated invoice link that lists the options for you to pay, these options include; BACS, GoCardless DD or Stripe. We also take card payments or cash on the day.

why are my windows still wet?

We use de-ionised water this will leave your windows wet but they will dry streak-free.

Do you still clean windows if it is raining?

Yes, we will still complete your clean if it’s raining. The only time we won’t proceed with a clean is if there’s hail, temperatures below 0°C, extreme winds, extreme heat or lightning and thunder. If this occurs, we will notify you and reschedule your clean.

what time is my clean?

Our teams clean between the hours of 08:00-16:00.

what is included in my window clean?

Your original quote includes the windows and window frames. If you'd like to add any extra windows that weren't included in the original quote, just let us know, and we’ll provide a new quote for them.

When will my windows not be cleaned?

Our teams have three days off each year: Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day. If your clean falls on one of these days, we will notify you and provide a rescheduled date.
